The S6 series is a spindle-specific servo drive designed for CNC machining equipment. It adopts a brand new design concept with more complete functions and configurations, mainly used to drive spindle motors in CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, machining centers, grinders, and other CNC equipment.

The drive delivers 150% rated output current for 60 seconds and 200% rated output current for 8 seconds.

It accurately learns motor model parameters and mechanical parameters, ensuring high debugging efficiency and fast matching with third-party motors.

High-Precision Position Control
The drive supports semi-closed loop and full closed loop position control, with positioning accuracy up to ±1 pulse.

Versatile CNC Interface Compatibility
It supports analog pulse type, EtherCAT bus type, and M3 bus type for broad CNC system compatibility.

Multiple Encoder Support
It works with TTL differential output, Tamagawa protocol absolute value, SinCos type, and SSI/BISS protocol encoders, with arbitrary frequency division output available.

Field Weakening Speed Capability
The drive maintains maximum motor output even in the field weakening region.

The S6 series is 46% to 55% smaller than the previous generation S5 series.

Convenient Wiring and Maintenance
The motor encoder interface and spindle encoder interface are separated for easy wiring and maintenance. The keyboard is upgraded to silicone keys for a better tactile feel.
